What areas do you cover?

While our roots and headquarters are in the North East (Newcastle upon Tyne), we are proud to serve clients nationwide. We frequently cater weddings and large-scale corporate events in Northumberland, Durham, Yorkshire, and across the UK. For specific location enquiries, please do get in touch.

How early should we book?

To ensure we can dedicate the time and attention your event deserves, we recommend booking as early as possible. For weddings and peak summer dates, we often secure bookings 12–18 months in advance. However, we always try to accommodate shorter notice enquiries where our calendar permits.

Do you offer tastings?

Absolutely. We believe the proof is in the pudding (or the paneer). For weddings and large events, we offer complimentary tasting sessions where you can sample your chosen menu items, meet our chefs, and discuss the finer details of your service.

Do you provide staffing?

Yes. We provide a full team of professional, uniformed service staff, including waiters, bar staff, and event managers. Our team is trained to deliver warm, discreet, and efficient service that complements the elegance of your occasion.

Food & Menus

Can menus be customised?

Every event is unique, and so is every menu. While we have curated set menus that showcase our most popular dishes, we are delighted to work with you to design a bespoke menu that reflects your personal tastes and preferences.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

We take inclusivity seriously. We cater for all dietary requirements including Halal, Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten-Free, and specific allergen-free menus. Please inform us of any allergies during the planning stage so we can ensure every guest is cared for safely.

Are your dishes halal?

Yes, all our meat dishes are prepared using Halal-certified meat. We can also provide non-Halal options upon specific request if required for certain events, but our standard preparation is Halal.

Can you provide non-Punjabi dishes?

While our heritage is Punjabi, our culinary expertise extends across Indian cuisine and beyond. We can incorporate fusion dishes, English breakfasts for wedding mornings, or specific requests to suit your event's theme.

Weddings

Do you cater large weddings?

We specialise in abundance. Whether you have 100 guests or 1,000, our team has the infrastructure, equipment, and experience to deliver fresh, hot, and delicious food to every single guest simultaneously.

Can you handle multi-day events?

Yes. We frequently cater full wedding weeks, covering the Sangeet, Mehndi, Maiyan, the Wedding Day itself, and the Reception. We can create distinct menus for each day to keep the culinary experience exciting and varied.

Pricing & Logistics

How do you price events?

Our pricing is bespoke, based on guest numbers, menu complexity, service style, and location. We provide a transparent, itemised quote after our initial consultation so you know exactly what is included.

Do you bring serving equipment?

We bring everything required for the food service, including our signature copper chafing dishes, serving spoons, and heating equipment. We can also arrange hire for crockery, cutlery, glassware, and linens.

How is food kept warm?

We cook fresh on-site whenever possible. For service, we use professional-grade chafing dishes and hot plates to ensure food remains at the perfect temperature throughout the service window.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your date in our diary. The remaining balance is typically due 4 weeks prior to the event. Full terms will be provided with your booking contract.
