These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Punjab Caterers' services and website. By engaging our catering services or using our website, you agree to these terms.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The deposit amount will be confirmed in your booking contract. The remaining balance is typically due 4 weeks prior to the event date.
Menu selections must be finalized at least 2 weeks before your event. Changes after this period may incur additional charges.
Final guest numbers must be confirmed 1 week prior to the event. You will be charged for the confirmed number of guests, even if fewer attend.
Cancellations made more than 8 weeks before the event will receive a partial refund minus the deposit. Cancellations within 8 weeks are non-refundable.
Punjab Caterers will take all reasonable care in providing services. However, we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control, including venue issues, extreme weather, or force majeure events.
